Take Highway 1 and exit at Rueifang/North Coast Scenic Area Exit. Turn right on to Expressway No. 62 and follow to end where it connects with Route Number 2 (Coast Road). Flour will be at this junction, heading right along Route Number 2 (in the direction of Fulong). Run 2k away at Rueifang Beach For Non-Drivers: Get the bus Go to the menu left and click Bus Sign up The bus will pick up at ZhongXiao Fuxing Station. It will depart at 1pm Sharp!
